2D Design Package 
(overhead plan view of your project)

Each 2D Package includes:

  • A full color 2D design

  • One full color presentation copy to scale

  • One full color vellum copy for notes

  • Complete material list for the plan (in hard copy and Excel format)

  • Web conferencing and file sharing to review the design prior to finalization

We have 5 different 2D packages to choose from:

2D mini: A plan view detail of a part of a front, back or side yard (typically 25% or less or a normal front or back yard). Also for outdoor kitchen, arbors, etc.

3D Design Package

Each 3D Package includes all of the features of the 2D package, plus:

  • 3D screenshots of all of the important focal points in your project

  • For an additional price (specified below) we can include a 3D walkthrough movie on DVD to take you on a virtual tour of your future landscape, showing both daytime and the night view with landscape lighting.

 Other Design Packages 

 Hybrid Designs

When you only need parts of the property built up in 3D and the rest in 2D. Add your desired packages together to obtain the total.

3D Upgrades

Designs already completed in 2D can be upgraded to 3D. The cost for this labor intensive service is the difference between the 2D and 3D package plus $25 per side. 

For example, changing a 2D2 to a 3D2 would be calculated as follows: $400 (the difference between the 2D and 3D packages) plus $50 ($25 x 2 sides) = $450 total additional cost. (Calculated using our current Season Special pricing: $300 + 50 = $350)

Additional Services

  • Additional Wire-bound plant list booklet specific to the project with photos and descriptions of the plant material: 1/2 the cost of your original book. 

  • Additional site visit by designer: $50 per hour.

  • Additional revision time: $50 per hour. 

  • Additional copies of drawings: $1 per sq. ft. vellum; 
    $2 per sq. ft. heavy bond 

  • Additional perspective photos: $20 each 

  • Designer must hand measure project site: $50 per hour 

  • Additional 3D Virtual Walk-Thru DVD: same as cost for the first movie if new, $10 for a copy of one already burned.  

  • New: Website and graphic design by our in-house graphic designer. Contact us for a quote. 

[Hourly rates billed in 15 minute increments rounded up. One hour minimum.] 

Payment 

  • 50% down payment before beginning of the project; 

  • Balance due upon pick-up or delivery.
